It is through employability and income generation that we can actually transform lives.

Here at Instituto Resgatando Vidas we have a bank of curricula for our students who were professionally trained by us. We send these curricula to partner companies so that these students can participate in selection processes, either for their first job or for placement in the market. We already employ a large number of students in large companies, including multinationals. That is how we are not getting closer and closer to sending the favela to the museum by creating bridges between the periphery and the center.
